Ariel and Bench to stage the first and the biggest 3D outdoor projection mapping in the country on October 24!

Web Announcement:

Everyone's crazy about 3D!  And if you think it's just on movies and TV, think again.   Aside from movies and entertainment, every industry from architecture, electronics, medicine, and even fashion is now investing in this advanced technology to understand how they can improve their products and services.  3D technology has changed how people see and experience the world. 3D innovation gives depth and multiple dimensions from the usual flat images and it changed the way these things come alive before our eyes, giving us the maximum viewing experience.

Inspired by the 3D revolution, P&G likewise invested in 3D technology to make its premiere laundry brand Ariel even better. 3D technology enabled Ariel R&D scientists to see and understand better how different stains behaved in clothing, which is composed of not just one but multiple layers of fibers. The result is the new Ariel detergent that provides a 3D Deep Clean, which deeply cleans clothing’s multiple fiber layers by reaching stains deep within and pulling them out even from the third layer.

Recently, the new Ariel was globally launched in Dubai, and now Ariel’s deeper kind of clean has come to the Philippines to revolutionize how the Filipinos see and do laundry. On October 24, 2011, Ariel invites Filipinos to witness the country’s biggest 3D event. Ariel will be producing the first 3D outdoor projection mapping for Fabric Care and Fashion in partnership with Bench. The event will be hosted by by Ariel Celebrity Ambassador Boy Abunda at the SMX Open Grounds, in front of Microtel Mall of Asia.

3D projection mapping is a projection technology that allows viewers to watch material projected on a 2-dimensional surface in 3D without the need for 3D glasses. This 3D technology trend has been used in the most innovative product launches around the world and several 3D projection mapping videos can be viewed on popular online video site YouTube.

The public can expect to see the new Ariel in action and a larger-than-life fashion show by Bench projected against the entire facade of Microtel Mall of Asia. Here's a sneak preview of this exciting show:
