Regatta unveils summer collection at Hampton-inspired brunch

Action & Event-ure:

Summer usually brings in visuals of hot and vibrant colors but I didn’t expect it can also showcase cool, soothing and relaxing imagery.  And I think that would be perfect for the extreme hot weather we are experiencing now.

I witnessed this recently at the unveiling of Regatta’s Spring-Summer Collection and its newest brand ambassadors Paul Soriano and Stephanie Zubiri at a luxurious Hamptons-inspired brunch hosted by the brand.

It was held at the Blue Leaf Pavilion at The Fort in Taguig City.  The place was dressed up in idyllic seaside and garden theme to bring the guests out of their urban schedules and into Regatta’s world of luxurious getaways and adventures. Its travel themed Spring-Summer Collection, showcased in a fashion show directed by no less than Robbie Carmona, evoked casual intimacy and luxury with pieces that are light, classic and stylish.

U.S. born and bred Paul Soriano has all the looks and charm to be an on-screen success but he found his passion working behind the camera as an accomplished TV Commercial and Music Video director. His clients include some of the biggest in the country such as Globe, Smart, Jollibee, Chowking and Procter & Gamble, and has worked with top celebrities like Gary Valenciano and Regine Velasquez.

The 28-year old director also recently made his big screen debut with the inspirational indie film, “A Journey Home”, which was produced by the Jubilee Evangelical Church and Jubilee Youth for Christ.

Meanwhile, style-setter Stephanie Zubiri shares her passion for wine and good food as the Executive Chef and Managing Director of her newly opened restaurant, Modern Epicurean Kitchen, which she hopes will help promote the fine art of living in the country. She is also the President of Epicurus, Inc., a catering and food consulting firm and a freelance writer for many of the country’s top broadsheets and magazines. In her spare time, she enjoys literature, the opera, travel and salsa dancing.

"I'm honored to be part of a proud to be Pinoy and timeless brand! My sister used to wear Regatta back in the day and it's amazing how they've kept it classic yet modern," Stephanie exclaimed while Direk Paul said," I know that we will be doing a lot of great things together and being chosen as one of their ambassadors is going to be exciting. I'm definitely looking forward to it."

Likewise, Regatta was very excited to welcome their two newest brand ambassadors. Paul and Stephanie are the perfect representatives of Regatta – young and accomplished, and while they’re serious about their careers, they also know how to enjoy the finer things in life - in fashion that complements their lifestyle, of course! We are very proud to have them join the Regatta family today,” said Arlyn Guanlao, Regatta Brand Director.

A delicious brunch capped the event, and with a complementary tote from Regatta, guests were more than ready to begin their summer in leisurely luxe style.

  1. I can say that i am an avid fan of "pampers" form the time that i gave birth to my son sebastian i let him use pampers as his new born diaper, when he gets older he uses small, medium size pampers diapers and up to now that he just turned 9 mos old he still uses a large size of pampers i can see that it is really comfortable. It's more on quality unlike other diapers, it will be a great gift for my son who just celebrate his 9month birthday, he was born last july 11, 2009. I hope he can have some of your freebies =)

    thankyou! and more power!
