Narnia's Prince Caspian Ben Barnes is now the SEVENTH SON (Opens January 8)

He’s best known for his role as Prince Caspian in the international hit franchise “The Chronicles of Narnia,” based on the books by C.S. Lewis. Now, Ben Barnes stars as the title character Tom Ward in Universal Pictures and Legendary Pictures' fantasy adventure “Seventh Son.”

In a time of enchantments when legends and magic collide, the sole remaining warrior of a mystical order (Jeff Bridges) travels to find a prophesized hero born with incredible powers, the last Seventh Son (Ben Barnes). Torn from his quiet life as a farmhand, the unlikely young hero embarks on a daring adventure with his battle-hardened mentor to vanquish a dark queen (Julianne Moore) and the army of supernatural assassins she has dispatched against their kingdom.

Based on the book "The Spook's Apprentice" by Joseph Delaney, the film stars Jeff Bridges (“TRON: Legacy”), Ben Barnes (“The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian”), Alicia Vikander (“The Fifth Estate”), Kit Harington (“Game of Thrones”), Olivia Williams (“The Sixth Sense”), Antje Traue (“Man of Steel”), Djimon Hounsou (“Guardians of the Galaxy”) and Julianne Moore (“The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1”).

Legendary Pictures and Universal Pictures have released the new trailer for the upcoming fantasy adventure, “Seventh Son".

The film stars Jeff Bridges, Ben Barnes, Alicia Vikander, Kit Harington, Olivia Williams, Antje Traue, Djimon Hounsou and Julianne Moore. It is based on the book "The Spook's Apprentice" (AKA "The Last Apprentice: Revenge of the Witch") by Joseph Delaney.

Warner Bros. and Legendary Pictures have rolled out seven new character one-sheets for their fantasy action adventure “Seventh Son.” The posters separately highlight the seven important characters played by Jeff Bridges, Ben Barnes, Alicia Vikander, Kit Harington, Antje Traue, Djimon Hounsou and Julianne Moore.

In the film, Master Gregory (Bridges) is a knight who had imprisoned the malevolently powerful witch, Mother Malkin (Moore), centuries ago. But she has escaped and is seeking vengeance. Summoning her followers of every incarnation, Mother Malkin is preparing to unleash her terrible wrath on an unsuspecting world. Only one thing stands in her way: Master Gregory.
