Candydate Red proclaimed as M&M’S® Character of the Year!

MANILA, Ph --- The votes are in and after a month of exciting campaigning and competition, M&M’S® Red has won the Vote M&M’S® 2016 campaign!

Based on M&M'S® Philippines' official tally as of May 20, the Red character was the top choice of M&M'S® fans, garnering 10,243 posts or 47% of the total votes. This "candydate" is personified by a tough and brave chief who believes in the importance of rules and being on time. This leader is also quick on his feet and can easily adapt to stressful situations.

There are four product categories that I've always wanted to handle - international NGO, airlines, movies and chocolates! International NGO?  Check through UNICEF, World Vision and WWF! :)  Airline on the other hand has been fulfilled when I handled AirAsia in 2013.  And movies?  It has always been checked in my list because of my stint for SM Cinema / IMAX / Director's Club / Waltermart Cinemas and now XD-4D!  Missing in the list is chocolates but not until I got one of the most loved brands in the world and which happens to be my favorite movie and travel match -- M&M's!  And the rest, as they say, is history! :)

And the good thing is I and my team are given the chance to work with the M&M's Characters and witness their crazy and zany antics brought to the fun capital of the world - the Philippines!
