Chris Evans is back as Steve Rogers in CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE WINTER SOLDIER

POTATO ON THE GO NEWS FEED:

Chris Evans reprises his role as the iconic Super Hero Steve Rogers in Marvel's “Captain America: The Winter Soldier.”

“In this film a good amount of time has passed since the events with The Avengers, so Steve Rogers has had time to process what has happened to him,” says director Anthony Russo. “As the world’s greatest soldier, Cap moves on from the U.S. Army and goes to work for S.H.I.E.L.D., which creates a conflict in him because S.H.I.E.L.D. is a complicated spy organization that deals in grays and clandestine motivation, and that’s not who Cap really is.”

POTATO ON THE GO BULLETIN  (Movie):

Completing the award-winning cast of “ Marvel’s The Avengers” proved to be a breeze for the filmmakers. “One of the great things when you make a film that’s been set up like this is that you start the casting process 80% done,” informs producer Louis D’ Esposito.

Leading the cast are Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner and Tom Hiddleston, with Stellan SkarsgÃ¥rd and Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury. Every team has a go-to guy when the chips are down and “The Avengers” is no different as they turn to billionaire, industrialist playboy Tony Stark aka Iron Man. One of the cornerstones and fan favorite of the Marvel Universe, the first two installments of the “Iron Man” franchise, starring Robert Downey Jr. have grossed a combined 1.2 billion at the worldwide box office.
