This September marks the beginning of the season to be jolly as SM Cinema exclusively brings three world-class films to its box-office screens.

Lupin III

Three films, in three different genres: SM CinExclusive brings to the Philippine film scene the exclusive screening of the film based on the Japanese manga by the popular manga artist Money Punch, Lupin the Third, starting September 17. This time, the grandson of the legendary Lupin will enter highly secured fortress to steal Cleopatra’s necklace and face-off with mortal enemy, Michael Lee.

After the widely-successful releases of Japanese films "Rurouni Kenshin" and "Black Butler" in the Philippines comes another live-action adaptation anime and manga fans cannot miss: "Lupin the Third" gets an exclusive release at SM Cinema starting September 17!

The movie is inspired by the hit series stars Shun Oguri as the titular character, with Tetsuji Tamayama, Gou Ayano, Meisa Kuroki, and Tadanobu Asano. In the movie, the gang will attempt to retrieve the Crimson Heart of Cleopatra, which allows its owner to control the world.

Following his winning performance in Britain’s Got Talent last 2012, the charming Pudsey now stars in his own movie about a city stray dog who relocates to the countryside with his new loving family.

Entitled, “Pudsey: The Movie,” it follows the titular dog and his siblings Molly (Izzy Meikle-Smith), George (Spike White) and Tommy (Malachy Knights) as they move to the village of Chuffington-on-Sea with their mother Gail (Hynes).

After Special Forces, The Raid and Sadako 3D, thrills and excitement surely await SM Cinema patrons once more as they unveiled the list of CinExclusive movies this October!

For this month, five movies are lined up to be featured in SM Cinema which includes the action-packed End of Watch on October 3, martial arts film Flying Swords of Dragon Gate on October 10, horror film VHS and Tim Burton's animated movie Frankenweenie on October 17, with the latter being show in both Digital 3D and IMAX 3D. Finally, with Halloween just around the corner, horror movie, The Apparition will definitely give movie-goers a chill when it opens on October 24.

With its promise of providing not only the best movie experience to its patrons, but also access to exciting and exclusive movie selections, SM Cinema's CinExclusive features yet another action-filled movie, The Hunting Party.

The Hunting Party stars Richard Gere as Simon Hunt who goes to Bosnia along with his long-time cameraman Duck played by Terrence Howard with a young apprentice journalist Benjamin (Jesse Eisenberg). They were sent to Bosnia to shoot a “puff piece” for a discredited network anchor Franklin Harris (James Brolin) wherein they search for the number 1 war criminal in Bosnia, The Fox. However, they find themselves in jeopardy when they get mistaken as a CIA hit squad and The Fox and his men decides to go after them. The movie also stars Diane Kruger, and is written and directed by Richard Shepard. 

SM Cinema's CinExclusive Presents THE RAID (Opens Septembers 5)

SM Cinema, the leading film exhibitor in the country, gets the exclusive rights to screen The Raid starting September 5, 2012. The film will have an advance screening on September 4 at 7:30pm at the Cinema 6 of SM Megamall. Members of the Press, brand partners and other special guests will be attending the event. SM Cinema offers 50% discount on The Raid ticket.

The film is under the direction of G.H. Evans and stars the rising Indonesian actor, Iko Uwais. The Raid is the 2nd film of G.H. Evans and Iko Uwais together. Their first film is Merantau, released in 2009, and is considered one of the best martial art films. Like Merantau, The Raid also features the pencak silat, an indigenous fighting style created in Indonesia. Aside from pencak silat, The Raid incorporates different fighting styles. The cast is actually composed of professional martial artists from different disciplines.

Curse with no end;  Chain of death;  Cycle of horror;  A woman in white with face covered with long hair...  If you are a horror movie fan, you must know by now who or what I am talking about!  Yes, she started it all, the craze that took the country by storm and influenced Asian horror cinema!  Sadako, from the hit horror movie The Ring, is back bringing the stuff nightmares are made of in this 3rd installment of The Ring franchise that will open exclusively at SM Cinema on August 8.

In The Ring 3: Sadako evil is again on the loose as a cursed videotape finds its way into the hands of a student. The focus of the story is Akane, a high school teacher who hears a rumor from her students that there is actual footage on the Internet of someone's suicide. The footage is said to drive anyone who sees it to also commit suicide. Akane does not believe the rumor at first, but when one of her female students dies after viewing the footage, she and her boyfriend Takanori are fatefully drawn into the horror that has been created by the man who appears in the suicide footage, Kashiwada. Kashiwada's intention is to create chaos in the world by bringing back Sadako and the power of her curse. Now Akane has to fight against Sadako and Kashiwada to save the lives of herself and Takanori.
