GMA Pinoy TV's Kapusong Pinoy sa Singapore concert today features Dennis Trillo, Jonalyn Viray and The Amazing Betong

GMA Pinoy TV brings its highly anticipated Kapusong Pinoy Concert series to Singapore with Kapuso artists Dennis Trillo, Jonalyn Viray and Betong Sumaya gearing up to delight Pinoy fans in the country on November 30.

On the heels of its highly successful previous installments in Los Angeles last September and Dubai this November, the concert titled Kapusong Pinoy sa Singapore will be held at the Kallang Theater, 1 Stadium Walk in Singapore.

The Koreanovela that dramatically hooked Filipino viewers to their TV screens makes a big comeback as GMA Network brings the Pinoy adaptation of the top-rating drama, TEMPTATION OF WIFE.

Starting October 29, Temptation of Wife, which scored phenomenal ratings success when it was aired twice in the network, gets a “Filipinized” version with the most bankable Kapuso actors portraying the well-loved roles in the original Korean series.

In his contract signing with GMA-7, new kapuso Rafael Rosell shared how excited he is to be working with Kapuso stars, most especially Marian Rivera who will be his leading lady in the Philippine remake of the Korean series “Temptation of Wife.”

“Kung pwede lang akong tumambling ngayon gagawin ko e (laughs). Ganun ako ka-excited. It’s a new journey, new people to work with, new atmosphere. Para sa akin change is good; it will help you develop more as a person not just as an actor. Mas mag-eexpand yung experience ko dito,” said the model-actor.

This year, one of Cinemalaya’s much-anticipated entries is 'Ang Katiwala' topbilled by award-winning Kapuso actor Dennis Trillo and written and directed by Aloy Adlawan.

In the story, Dennis portrays the role of Ruben who loses his job as a carpenter in a small town in Zambales. Desperate to sustain their living, he accepts a job as a caretaker of an abandoned property in Quezon City.

Ayala Malls Cinemas hosts for the 2nd time the country’s Cinemalaya on its 8th year in developing and promoting Filipino independent films. Cinemalaya’s simultaneous screening at the CCP Theater and at Ayala Cinemas’ Greenbelt 3 and Trinoma will run from July 21 to July 29.

Paying tribute to one of the country’s acclaimed filmmakers, Ayala Cinemas’ Cinemalaya opening ceremony at Trinoma will feature the late Mario O’Hara’s “Babae Sa Breakwater” starring Katherine Luna.
